Refund Policy

InvestorTopLaw is committed to delivering high-quality legal advisory and documentation services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to your purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• A duplicate payment was made in error
• You canceled a retainer within 7 days of initial payment and no legal work was initiated
• There was a confirmed failure on our part to deliver the service promised

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Hourly legal consultations that were already conducted
• Custom legal documents once they have been delivered or drafted
• Live calls or sessions missed without prior cancellation
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after payment

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email refunds@investortoplaw.com with the following details:

• Full name
• Email used during payment
• Transaction ID or invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Please allow 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of your account. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to dispute them.

7. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated without notice. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
